• Prepare an itemized FF&E Budget for the total Project upon receipt of Plans and Specifications from your Designer

 

• Verify quantities and review Specifications; compile floor plans take-offs

 

• Review budget and clarify any ambiguous areas to avoid omissions or duplications

 

• Obtain Vendor quotes, as well as recommend design-approved alternative sources in order to reduce costs without compromising the design

 

• Once the budget is finalized, prepare purchase orders for FF&E (and OS&E as needed) and submit to Vendors once you approve

 

• Continue to find ways to keep the project within your budget and schedule

 

• Track and expedite all orders and deliveries ensuring merchandise is received on time at a prearranged warehouse facility

• Prepare and provide a Purchase Order Status Report

 

• Provide you with accounting assistance and reports tailored to suit your needs

 

• Negotiate the best possible shipping rates on all items by working with multiple freight carriers

 

• Oversee the movement of all merchandise from the moment it leaves the manufacturer’s facility until it is received in good condition at your warehouse

 

• Prepare final punch list (based on information from your FF&E Installers), place the necessary POs with the Vendors and follow through on all items until they are received complete at the Hotel

 

• Negotiate warehousing and installation service on your behalf

 

• Negotiate liquidation of existing product on your behalf
